Rotten Seattle Fans Spoil event
We paid over $400 for two tickets in fairly good seats for the Seahawks vs Cards game. I ended up watching 99% of the game on the overhead screen, which I could have done at home. Security was summoned twice to get them to sit and they refused. A group of Cards fans were three rows in front of us and decided that they wanted to stand up for the whole game. I would have made those unruly fans leave. One guard kept saying, the stadium rules clearly state that you cannot stand up for the entire game. The stadium may be nice but the security is totally ineffectual. I feel like I should have gotten my money back, as well as all the others who were so frustrated. The Seahawks just responded, "make us sit" and laughed in his face. A few sat, and as soon as the guard left, stood back up again. I have never seen anything like this before and feel so cheated.
Hockey was great, arena not so much....
The hockey was great, but two things about the location stink. My third time catching a The Nutcracker game, and not sure I will be going back.
Parking - Ridiculous. It took as long to actually park, after turning onto the property, as it took to drive to the event from my house in Avery Ranch. Cedar Park Center admins, contact me for an idea that will fix this, AND generate more revenue for your site.
Section 117, Row P, Seats 1-3, and thank goodness we had an aisle seat, so I could lean into that aisle for room. Seating - I'm 6', 230. Not tiny, but I've seen bigger. Who laid the arena out, and what were they thinking, besides maximizing butts in the seat, with no regard to the patron's comfort? After the first period, we moved up to the last row, to some empty seats, and although having some seats between us helped, it seemed like these seats had even less leg room! I can go on a diet, but I'm not getting any shorter, so don't know if I'll be going back, as jamming into one of the too cramped seats stinks.
I can't recommend to a friend that they go, unless they have loge or suite seats. 3 star rating.
